Mark Jordan underwent his carpentry apprenticeship with the Queensland Government (Qbuild) and was selected to work on historical projects such as:

• Old Parliament House — Brisbane City
• The Department of Primary Industry — Brisbane City

After completing his apprenticeship, Qbuild offered Mark to become Leading hand on such historic projects as:

• Old Museum — Springhill
• The Old Wooloongabba Police Station — Wooloongabba

Mark went on to work at the Woodford Folk Festival, Department of Housing and many State Primary and Secondary Schools in construction, demolition and restoration for the Queensland Government.

Andrew started his working career in sales which in turn took him in the direction of Real Estate. Andrew worked on the Upper North Shore as a Senior Real Estate Sales Manager earning him the respect of his clients as he was a man who "got the job done". He was always committed to helping his vendors and purchasers achieve their dreams and before long became a member of the prestigious "Five Million Dollar Club".

• Andrew was popular and became a sought after agent with his ability to inspire potential purchasers with a vision for renovating or reinventing a property where they were unable to see potential.
  
  
• So many of his clients asked for his opinion on how to improve their property that it inspired him to go into business for himself.

The original business, Mosman Property Improvements, evolved from this. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that both Andrew and Mark are hands on. They believe in doing all the work themselves and do not sub-contract out as this way they know they are responsible for the end product and are proud to put their names on it.

In 2005, they expanded to service the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and became A Grade Carpentry Group Pty Ltd, working in Sydney's Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. They continue to rely on their A-grade service, dependability and quality to always produce excellent results for their clients.
